Title: Legal challenges of Collaborative and On Demand Economy

Description: During this quick talk several challenges that are currently facing both the platforms and the users in the Collaborative and On Demand Economy will be addressed. Challenges such as labour, taxation, liability or consumer protection will be some of the issues that we will have the opportunity to discussed.

Masters of Law, LLM in Private Law and PhD candidate in Business Law researching on Competition Law, Digital Platforms and the Collaborative Economy. I am currently Public Policy and Institutional Relations Manager at Adigital and Sharing España focusing on Collaborative Economy, Digital Platforms, Intellectual Property & Competition Law. Additionally, I am an Attorney at Law advising and representing collaborative and digital economy entrepreneurs and startups, I am also Strategic Adviser to the innovation policy lab GovUp and lecturer of legal issues in the digital economy at the MBA in Business and Digital Transformation at the European University in Valencia.
